Some of the best gem rough red garnet I have seen out of Africa this year, and I don’t feel it gets much better than this. If you are lucky enough to get some of this Facet rough in any grade I believe you will agree. This garnet rough is bright vibrant and begging to be cut into your favorite garnet faceting designs. There is only 2 grades for this material and both will cut very nice stones. A-1Grade=$1.00ct. This is the eye clean or better stones and you will cut eye clean or better with very little if any effort from this garnet gem rough . Sizes are 3.1cts up to 9.5cts. 90cts available B-1 grade=$0.80ct. This grade is slightly included, but all of these stones are capable of cutting eye clean or better stones, many with a little to no loss of yield. sizes are from 5.7cts. up to 9.57cts. . 67cts available. |
