	This blue apatite facet rough is great. This Brazilian rough has a deep royal sapphire blue color when cut. It is a pretty dark material and will best be cut in 1ct and smaller sized faceted stones for the best color saturation. With a few stones you will be able to cut a larger stone with out being overly dark. The average size of this apatite rough is about 4cts. and ranges in size from under 1ct to over 14cts. A fair amount of this material looks like it could possibly make some awesome cat eyes if cabbed. We are selling this rough on a blind pour . These blind pour apatite parcels are running about 50% low to high grade facet rough. The rest is thinner stones or badly included being best used for cabs, or specimens. This material does have some oil coating it from being sawn . If you haven’t tried cutting this material give it a try. At this price there is no reason not to try 100+cts or more .
