This is some optical Quartz from China. There is a occasional veil or other inclusion but in general this is fairly clean material and could be used very easily for caps on doublets or triplets or for faceting. The sizes are running from 36+cts up to 500+cts. It is being sold for $0.05 a carat or $0.04 per carat for the whole parcel or what is left when you place your order. |
