*Iolite Rough*


	Iolite rough is easy to cut and when cut on the proper axis will cut a great looking faceted stone. The pictures of this rough do not do this material any justice. The color is clear to a light to deep purple blue. Most of this rough is included with 5% to 10% being eye clean. But if you wanted to spend some time with this rough you will be able to cob or saw out around another 50+% eye clean material if done with care. Basically this is un-cleaned material that needs to be cobbed or sawn to get the good rough out of it. So if you have a little time you should be able to reap a good profit from this when cleaned. The average size of this rough is running between 10 and 15 carats with some stones as large as 29.5 + carats. There is approximately 2325cts available for a price of $0.30 a carat.
