This is some great colored Afghan Tourmaline facet rough. This piece of rough is eye clean or better and nicely shaped for a fine high yield emerald cut stone. This piece of facet rough will make several small pears or will make 1 or more emerald cuts. It is a some what thin stone but if cut down the length you could possibly get 2 or more emerald cut stones. If cut parallel to the ends you could get several great colored high yield though small pears. This rough measures approximately 16.80mm long X 7.31mm X 3.83mm . As you can see this is a nice naturally terminated piece of eye clean Afghan tourmaline facet rough. The very bottom is included and not good for faceting but the rest will facet very nice eye clean to loupe clean stones. The a-b axis is a little light but the c-axis is a fantastic neon green, a little lighter than the photograph shows. This tourmaline is a really great piece of facet rough. The photographs do not do this stone any justice. What looks like small inclusions are on the outer surface of the stone, and should pose no problem at all when cutting the eye clean to loupe clean stone that should be possible.
